1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and consultancy services provided by Startup India Experts (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Startup India Experts is a private consultancy firm providing assistance for:

• DPIIT Recognition Application
• Startup India Registration Support
• Documentation Guidance
• Eligibility Evaluation
• Application Filing Support

3. No Guarantee of Approval

We do NOT guarantee:

• DPIIT recognition approval
• Government approval of any application
• Fast-track approval
• Tax exemption eligibility

4. Eligibility Responsibility

Client confirms that all documents submitted are genuine and legally valid, business activities are lawful, and information provided is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for false declarations, incomplete documentation, misrepresentation by client, or rejection due to eligibility criteria.

5. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate information
• Respond promptly to document requests
• Make timely payments
• Review and approve application drafts before submission
• Not misuse our services for illegal activities

6. Fees & Payment Terms

Fees are displayed on the website or shared via proposal. Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Government fees (if any) are separate from consultancy fees.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Consultancy fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Rejection by Government authority does not entitle client to a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the total consultancy fee paid by the client. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including business losses or missed funding opportunities.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, SOP processes, and design elements are the property of Sudha Software Solutions Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.

17. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to attempt mutual resolution before legal proceedings. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat of Arbitration: Ranchi.
